The battery design makes it so easy to pull out and use. It is powerful and effective. The cup that comes with it makes it easy to make salad dressings in minutes with easy cleanup.

Worked well at first but less than a year on, the blender no longer works. It is still under warranty and I've emailed Ritus but have not heard back since over a week. I would like a replacement ASAP pls. Thx ____________________________________ UPDATE: April 2026 After around 10-12 days, Ritus got back to me and asked me to send a video of the product not working. I did and they agreed to send a new replacement. I was happy with the swift replacement process but when the new set arrived it was missing the frother, the plastic blender blade protector and the cup lid. I emailed again and they swiftly sent me the missing items. Overall, I'm satisfied with the replacement process. Love the cordless function, powerful and easy to use.

Love this Immersion Blender! It's a little tricky to get it started, no biggie. It's super powerful and does the job efficiently. The best part...it's cordless! I don't have to look for an outlet; I can use it anywhere in the kitchen! I would certainly buy this again.
