Most who don’t see any improvement or, just minor improvement usually don’t take the amount that’s been proven to be effective, one capsule for each 50 lbs. of body weight daily. Some don’t take it long enough to see adequate results. Within the first few weeks the itching will subside. That’s when you know it’s starting to work. From there it will get better but, it can take 2-3 months before you see substantial improvement. Those with a large BMI have said that it’s taken them longer but, they have seen great improvement.
