My cooking sheets were old, rusty & always stuck to food & even tin foil. Sprays & oils were needed & that made a sticky mess & still didn't keep things from sticking.Using the mat on top of the cooking sheet was perfect. The cookie sheet stayed clean & food did not stick at all to the mat. This is a great solution for easy clean up, time saving due to not spending time scraping & scrubbing the sheet. And the mat was so easy to rinse off & it was clean & ready to go.I was ready to throw my old cookie sheets out, but the baking mat is a beautiful partner to all the sheets. My life has improved because if this little mat.It also solved my old frustration with kneading & rolling dough & having it stick to wax paper or other surfaces. But, with this sheet, it was so easy. The best part was cleaning, and all I had to do was wipe gently using a sponge with a little soap. That saves me lots of time.
