I was surprised at first at how it felt. Def. feels like plastic. But velvety none the less. The color looks way better in person. The speeds, UNBELIEVABLE! The only think i have problems with,The soundDamageTwistingThe sound is louder then i would like, or expected. But it is certainly nothing you cant deal with.When i opened the cap a few times, it started chipping and now its like dandriff every time i open the lid. It also appears to be damaging the gold connecting wire thing that starts the device. However, the device still works perfectly fine. They sent me to Doc Johnson, who's site returns an error when you try to complain. The cap on the end that you twist to turn the product on and raise/lower power is defective. There is a small screw that holds it on that will come loose. Tightening it down only fixes the issue briefly, the cap will come loose within one or two uses. The screw controls how tightly the cap screws down, so unless you keep pressure on the end it will lose connection and die. Eventually, it will just fall off from nothing but the vibration itself. Terrible design. I wasn't going to leave a bad review if I could return the item but it seems to be impossible. I will never buy another product from this company after this. Avoid. There are better options off of Amazon. You get what you pay for.Actually, maybe I should have listened when I was warned against using Amazon for this sort of product in general. Just because of the nature of it they will not protect their customers. Buy someplace else.Eh... for positives? Decent vibration. Was smaller than I'd expected... quite a bit smaller.
