I love these cookies! Keebler made a similar fudge sandwich cookie a while ago. I loved those(especially frozen) but they were discontinued. I even wrote to them about them & they said they had no plans to make them again. So, fair warning, if you fall in love with these Keebler will probably stop making them. So please please please please please Keebler DONโT stop making these EVER. Please

Perfect for Smores! All you need is a marshmallow and campfire. Downside is that they are delicate and break easily.

If you like sugar wafers, you will LOVE these! I find sugar wafers dry, but these were not! They have a good amount of cream between each crisp wafer, and coated in chocolate to hold all the wonderfully good flavors inside. I buy these for my dad who has trouble swallowing and chewing. While they have a crisp wafer inside, it can either be chewed or it can melt in your mouth, the choice is yours! I keep a package in my refrigerator and serve them when guests come over for coffee and tea. They make a nice little snack that keeps them coming back!
