I started using the Rejuran Active Cream Enhanced on March 30th, 2026, and after using it consistently for over a month, I am impressed. Today is May 7th, and my tube is currently about halfway through. I’ve been incorporating this into my AM routine, layering it specifically with the Rejuran Dual Effect Ampoule. The synergy between these two products is incredible. Together, they provide a deep level of hydration and a noticeable plumpness to my skin that lasts all day. Beyond the moisture, I’m seeing great results with my skin texture and tone. It seems to be making a real difference with hyperpigmentation and softening fine lines. Seeing such positive results makes it a keeper—this combination will definitely be staying in my daily routine for a long time!

I’ve really been enjoying this cream because it feels like a nice combination of hydration and elasticity care in one step. It features DOT c-PDRN along with triple amino acids, an elastic peptide complex, and collagen to support a firmer, more resilient-looking complexion. The rich texture feels nourishing and adheres well to my skin without feeling like it just sits on the surface. I like how hydrated and smooth my skin feels afterward, and with regular use, my skin looks refreshed, plumper, and more radiant. It’s especially nice when my skin is feeling tired or a little dull. The added focus on elasticity makes this a great addition to my skincare routine when I want my skin to look firmer, healthier, and more youthful. Great Value. I would get this again. It works great for me.

The cream is very good; it leaves the skin hydrated, soft, and radiant. However, it smells as if it expired a long time ago, even though the packaging shows a date extending to 2027.

I received my first tube last week, and I absolutely love it. I use this after the Dual Affect Ampoule. I have not experienced any pilling at all. Works well with my foundation, and my skin feels great. Rejuran is my new favorite.

I think this cream would have been a 4 stars product if it was around $20 range. This is almost $50 product and it not that different from typical $15-25 k beauty products that you can find on Amazon. I had high hopes from Rejuran because of their famous PDRN procedures. It’s really sad to see them overpricing their consumer products just because of their aesthetics procedures. It’s a shame. Save your money and go buy La Roche Posay or other products that are below $30

Frankly disappointing, smells like an expired cream, quite unpleasant. The serum is amazing though.

I like the consistency of the product. It's like a lightweight cream gel type. Absorbs fast and doesn't feel heavy.
