Some reviews mentioned it did not take shape when unpacked, my did just fine. Was good to go after 24-hr, they recommend 48. The head pillow is a little floppy but it works fine. You can use it as neck support or throw it back for your head to rest against. The material seems a little dated, like corduroy from the 1970s. I removed a couch pillow in my picture and it fits nicely and gives more room for my legs stretched out on the couch and an ottoman. And the wall supports the pillow nicely. Also, it does not smell, which is a plus.
