É uma “Aeropress on steroids”. Consigo extrair filtrados de elevada qualidade, com diluição ou não (basta procurar as receitas corretas). Como permite aderir à moda da “soup” ao extrair café concentrado à la espresso, capturando todas as notas das torras claras dos melhores cafés de especialidade. Muito fácil de operar, portátil, feita com materiais de grande qualidade, apresenta uma versatilidade invejável para preparar café moderno. Não fosse o slogan estar muito batido, diria que é uma verdadeira coffee shop em qualquer lugar (basta ter água quente, moinho manual e uma balança). E esta faz mesmo café de altíssimo nível.
