Q: Can each port be programmed with independent frequencies?

On the TWO-PORT, each can be set independently. The Digital 2-Outlet Hose Timer also features a rain delay function designed to help conserve water by delaying watering time (for BOTH Ports) by 24, 48, or 72 hours. Programs can also be manually bypassed to allow for use of the faucet without interrupting the timed watering.

You might try the reset, its a small recessed hole just the right of the manual/ clear button.

Q: What’s the maximum inlet water pressure ?

I don't know about the maximum, but the amount of flow does matter. I have good flow and when using a sprinkler, it works great, but on my soakers and drip lines, it won't shut off cause not enough water is flowing. To solve this, I just moved some lines around to have more water coming out and it started shutting off just fine.

Q: Every other hose timer I have looked at show a prop 65 warning. Is this product actually safe or did they just fail to list the legal warning?

Usually the timers that show prop 65 will have a brass/metal hose connection fitting. This timer has a plastic hose connection fitting.
