Will carb quick thicken gravy?

It might but I have never tried. This is a low-carb baking mix like bisquick. Since I follow a low-carb diet I use this for pancakes, biscuits, cookies, brownies, etc. For thickening things like gravy I use xantham gum, since I don’t use white flour or any corn products
