I have tried many water enhancers, but the MiO Unwind Berry Dragonfruit is one of my favorites. The taste is fantastic—fruity, refreshing, and not overly sweet. What really sets this one apart for me is the addition of magnesium. I love keeping a bottle on my nightstand and drinking it before bedtime; it’s become a key part of my evening routine. Not only does it help me wind down for the night, but the magnesium has been excellent for helping prevent those frustrating nighttime muscle cramps. If you are looking for a zero-sugar water enhancer that tastes great and actually offers a functional benefit for your evening routine, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

Great to flavor our water when we're using our Soda Stream & much less expensive

Expensive. But I can't find this flavor in store anymore and It's my favorite.

I’ve been buying the Mio unwind series for almost two years now and the price keeps going up. I can understand swapping out the flavors seasonally, but currently the dragonfruit and blueberry/lemon are the only ones that have been released and are now almost $6 each. Mio, PLEASE restock shelves with dragonfruit or release more unwind flavors. These are the best things ever- they keep me properly hydrated and have helped this Pilates queen significantly with muscle cramps.

My favorite flavor! Not sure if it comes in a regular form without the “unwind” but I would drink it all day!
