Is there a way to get this to actually stick to the bathroom wall? I even tried the bathroom specific Command strips, and it still fell off.

Did it not come with the round sticky piece attached to it and one that you can use separated from the holder?? Mine had a piece on the bracket that sticks to my shower wall and then the basket hangs on it. If you don't have these piece's and don't want to return it, I would use some velcro. It has one part that sticks to the wall then one that would stick to the hanger part then it should hold your basket. Make sure your wall is dry and clean. I hope this helps.

Is there a way to get the sticky piece off and reuse it? Im moving and dont want to buy a whole new set. I also rent and cant leave it on.

Honestly I don’t even use it. I just wet the suction cup, place it and it works just fine.
