Good flour, makes very good bread. Have been using for several months now. A little different to work with, I add less yeast.

Good quality, good expiry, love this flour. I use it to make flat breads in a fry pan. Just water, mix and pour. I don't eat commercial bread. If I need bread for something, I just make a flat bread on the fly with this.

NO BLOOD SUGAR SPIKE
I found out about this Einkorn Whole Wheat Flour through a Keto Website I follow, Victoria's Keto Kitchen. Because it is an Ancient Grain Flour it is lower gluten, lower carb, and higher protein than most American refined flours. It does not spike blood sugar as quickly as modern wheat. Google it. I love making simple whole wheat honey rolls, and my own hot dog and hamburger buns. Great wheat flavor.

The is the VERY BEST and most healthy bread!
I have been using Einkorn bread for years now and recently purchased a bread machine. I have used the whole wheat and all-purpose white flour for all recipes. Since it is so easy now to make 2#s of bread (5 minutes), my husband and I will never go back to store bread.
