For 7 bucks don't expect these to be impact drill worthy. The reviewers giving this bad ratings didn't read the description these are for socket wrenches period. Nothing more. If you're looking for impact sockets you'll have to pay a little more obviously because they're made differently

Q: do these come in a tray?

They do come in a thin plastic tray but it is not very sturdy I threw mine out,but the extensions are very well made

Q: What's the size of the female end?

1/2, 3/8, 1/4 Each size are the same on both ends on each one.
