I bought these personalized coasters (plus a few other personalized gifts) for my sentimental BIL and SIL as wedding gifts. They LOVED these coasters and had them out on their living room coffee table when we visited them the night before their wedding. They looked terrific - The company did a nice job - I was pleased. They look classy and elegant - and any sentimental couple who might like a personalized gift with their special date on it would love this set. I checked them over and I thought the quality / durability was very good. The one disappointment, which is why I'm giving them 4 stars and not 5, was that their font wasn't as clear as in the ad photo. There were two things slightly less than perfect to me: 1.) one of the four coasters had the dark burgundy ink color seen in the ad photo, but three of the four had a slightly lighter shade of burgundy ink coloring which looked slightly less nice by being less bold - and it was a little strange that they weren't all the same printed shade. (This didn't have anything to do with them being printed on slightly different shades of bamboo, because I know bamboo grains can be slightly different shades - but it was 100% the ink itself.) 2.) the cursive wasn't very clear looking, at least not as clear as in this ad photo. The darker burgundy one looked the clearest. But on the three that had a lighter shade of burgundy, the cursive letters of "James" and "Leslie" just didn't clearly pop out. The bamboo coasters still looked nice, and if you know what names to look for then it doesn't matter how dark or light the font is I suppose, so this is perhaps a picky point. Overall, I was pleased with this lovely set and I thought the design I picked was very attractive.

These are just beautiful! I ordered them for my parents 40th wedding anniversary and I'm pretty sure they will love them! The only thing is 1 is noticeably darker than the others and I think the felt peices on the bottom are a little to thin. But other than that they are stunning!

I was very happy with the product I received! Especially since I was searching for affordable wedding gift ideas and this one was not only that but also super personalized, making it feel like it was amazing value for money. I can't rate the durability since I will not be using the product (I bought it as a gift). And lastly, the company was very understanding when I reached out for a refund when my plans to go to the wedding that I bought the gift for changed and I could no longer attend. Overall, it's a great gift idea if you're going to a friend, co-workers, or family members wedding! Also it is a product you know they'll end up using since it is a functional and personalized item.

This was a small anniversary gift for my grandson and his wife who do not live near me. I have not seen the coasters since I had them mailed direct, but my grandson's text said "they look great." The only thing that I did not like was that there was no way to indicate it was a gift, and who it was from.

I brought this as a wedding gift for a couple’s second marriage. They didn’t have a gift registry and I knew with combining two households, they already have everything they need. I came across these coasters and thought what a perfect way to commemorate their wedding day. These arrived much quicker than expected and the couple loved them.

I bought these as a gift for my aunt's anniversary. They turned out beautifully! Delivered earlier than expected and exactly as ordered. Only opportunity for improvement I would offer is after I customized while ordering I wasn't able to preview with my customization. I had to trust it would turn out right. Luckily, it did!.

I accidentally ordered these to the wrong address- totally my mistake... and the seller promptly sent me a replacement to the correct address! ... Excellent customer service and a quality product!
