Great hub, compatible, small size with easy set up and connecting. The display in the front shows all info i need, regarding to how it's connecting and which device is charging, the temperature for using both charging and connecting does not feel hot at all. I normally has one screen, 1 to 2charging devices at the same time, and the monitor connecting to it stay connected all the time, the speed of transmission are no lag at all for office works. and Baseus have been generous on providing a lengthy cable for connecting to laptop, comparing to other brands hub are so short it make it diffcult to use the laptop's keyboard.

This has made my quality of life so much better! I got tired of working off a laptop all the time, so I splurged on this docking station and invested in a monitor and a keyboard. I don't need double monitors, I just needed to get off the laptop and have a bigger screen to work on, and this solved all my problems. It's cute, has a tiny footprint, and works flawlessly. I have a single monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, a label printer, a webcam and a speaker all plugged into this Baseus docking station and it is just seamless. I actually enjoy going to work now! I can't fault it.

I’ve been using this Baseus 11-in-1 docking station with my Windows laptop for a while, and overall it works very well. The build feels solid, the ports are easy to access, and it helps keep my desk much cleaner. HDMI and DisplayPort output worked smoothly for my external monitors, and the USB-C/USB-A transfer speed is fast enough for daily work. The Ethernet connection is stable, and the included power adapter is a nice bonus since I don’t need to buy one separately. It does get slightly warm after long use, but nothing unusual for a dock with this many ports. Overall, it’s a practical and reliable docking station for anyone using multiple displays and accessories with a laptop.

Wonderful device. Works great, good power supply, and the USB-C let it to adapt to multiple device models. Why not 5 stars?. Two things: The base is useless sice I never take it off. It hasn't a USB-c monitor port (as it's common today)

I have used this docking station for a while. It works good. It makes it much more organized to connect my laptop to different outlets. It connects my two monitors easily and the pictures are very clear. The docking station has many outlets for different types. It can transfer the data fast. I really like its design too. It’s a beautiful piece to have on the desktop. It also has a power outlet to change your laptop. Worth it.

My desktop computer died so I decided to switch to my laptop as my desk computer. I had a two monitor setup. I moved all the wires to this dock and powered it up and everything worked just like my old desktop. I have a lot of USB peripherals so have always used a power USB port extender and that worked like a champ. One monitor used a display port and this dock supports both that and HDMI.

The docking station experiences power-related issues that prevent it from consistently connecting to my DisplayPort monitor. The connection typically only works after disconnecting and reconnecting the USB-C cable from my laptop. Based on my experience, this appears to be a power limitation, as the replacement docking station I purchased does not have this issue and includes a significantly larger power supply. While this dock may function adequately for basic laptop-to-single-monitor setups, it does not function as a high-quality or reliable option.
