lightly salted mixed nuts?

Yes they are lightly salted. Unsalted is also a choice

what kinds of nuts are in the mix?

Mostly hard almonds and filberts. Hardly any pecans and pistachios. I initially thought there would be Brazil nuts like most mixes have but there were none ....in my opinion' not the best mix of nuts....

How Many Grams Are In A Serving?

serving size = 1 ounce, 28 grams, about 22 Pieces; as per the label

This container is made of aluminum and a covered paper product. But I did wash my empty can out and repurpose it. I submerged it in dishwater and used a dish cloth but I didn't let to soak as that would compromise the stability of the can.
