Very nice ceramics. It was hard to find a sake set with a warmer that had a design i liked and a more glossy glaze. This one pleasantly surprised me. The actual sake glasses/cups are smaller than you'd normally expect, they feel a bit like a kids tea party set with how small they are... but theyre also cute. The tray is very low quality though. It is a nice thought, but it's fake wood glued together and feels a bit big for the set. i ended up using it for something else entirely because i dont like waste and dont want to just trash it. overall pretty good product that would cost you infinitely more from an authentic japanese online store

Bought this for my family Christmas party, great looking on the counter, great for novelty at a party, doesn’t hold a lot of sake, gets really hot, had to continually blow the candle out and relight, felt like more work than it was worth

Watch for cracking. Although this set is decorative, I'm not sure about the quality. Our first use was our last. Apparently, the kettle pot was not able to withstand the temperature from the tea light candle when 3/4 full of water and developed a hairline fracture and emptied the water into the tray. Obviously, these things can happen for numbers of reasons so no big deal or major disappointment there. The real disappointment was when I attempted to return for a replacement. Even though the add touts a 90 day return policy, I was notified that this return is not eligible. Now it's back to heating up our Sake in saucepan on the stove. Not very romantic but gets the job done.

This set is so beautiful! It seems very well made and such a nice piece to have to bring in more culture than just mere drinking. I believe this would also make a beautiful gift for someone who enjoys drinking tea or sake.

The material is not heat resistant. The bowl and cups cracked
