Oakter Mini UPS for 12 V WiFi Router Broadband Modem | Up to 4-Hour Backup | WiFi Router UPS Backup During Power Outages | Broadband Modem UPS |

Writing this review in 2026, I purchased it in 2023, It's backup was okayish. It was never more than half n hour but I never needed it more than half hour bcz society backup was there. It used to take 5 min for backup to start and hence this one provided buffer for that 5 min. and now after 3 years it has stopped working. So I guess, its performance was okay not too good to appreciate.

I purchased this product in June 2025, and it was working fine until last month, when the battery backup dropped to less than 30 minutes. I reached out to the customer support team and had a very positive experience. Even though my product was out of warranty, the team understood my concern and offered a free replacement as a goodwill gesture. I truly appreciate their understanding, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile to support their customers. This level of customer service is commendable and has left me with a positive impression of the brand. Thank you to the support team for your excellent service and for helping resolve my concern!

Been using it for 1.5 years and no issues. The switch has some problems now where it doesn't turn on automatically and needs to be switched on twice. But otheriwise for the first 1.5 years it worked perfectly. The backup was roughly 3 or 3.5 hours on my basic router.

The Oakter Wi-Fi UPS is an absolute lifesaver that completely eliminates internet downtime during power cuts with its seamless zero-lag backup. Installation is quick and effortless, and the battery easily lasts for hours. Above all, their after-sales customer support is exceptionally responsive, professional, and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone working from home!

I purchased the Oakter Mini UPS for my WiFi router. It worked well for almost a 1.5 year, providing useful backup during power cuts. However, after around 1.5 year of use, the battery backup completely stopped working. The battery failure after year was obviously disappointing, but I really appreciate that Oakter still helped me and provided a free replacement even after the warranty had expired. This kind of after-sales support is definitely a big positive. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
