I like this product very well. If your on a diet, or just need extra fiber in your diet, this is a good product. For me, I drink it mixed with about 12ounces of water, then followed by the rest of the 16.9 water bottle. It WILL FILL YOU UP! So, it is great if your between meals and hungry. The taste is not bad, not the greatest, but not bad. Bottom line is it works!

Great! Love the flavors and there’s fiber. The only thing I would say I struggle with, and I’ve seen others is getting the package open. It’s not an easy tear, which makes it difficult when on the go. Love everything else about it.

Really surprised at how well this works!! I’m sure like a lot of people, I bought it because it says GLP-1 which is what the weight loss shots are. My Mom and I have done the shots without success. We’re both big snackers, always snacking! The first time I tried this I text her about her and she ordered it right away and got it the next day! This works!! We don’t snack all day anymore! It really has suppressed our appetites! We will both be reordering this! Also, I’ve dealt with constipation issues most of my life. This has made me regular.. like now I go every day instead of once maybe twice a week!

I had already tried BelliWelli and was looking for maybe a cheaper alternative or at least more flavors. The packets cannot be torn at the perforations. You will definitely need scissors to open. Makes it not great for an on-the-go option. BelliWelli flavors were so strong I would dilute more in a 32oz bottle and it made me drink even more water. So I did the same here. So it's definitely my fault that the flavor was not strong BUT... when I got down to the end of 32oz there was GRIT at the bottom that was not tolerable to try to swallow not matter how much more water I added. Had I used the suggested amount of water that grit never would have dissolved... Will not be ordering these again.

Worth the money. These truly and the best support for my GLP injections. They are effective and give me the extra energy I was missing.

I gave it one star because I gained weight instead of losing weight and felt excessively tired since starting this. For context snd to help others who it might work for- I bought this to help with the food noise and was looking for something that did not have sucrolose (as I get hives from sucrolose). This came highly recommended and I do love the taste (I bought the packets as it is easier and less messy for me and I also bought the flavored ones which I do love and will help me to drink it quicker).! Helpful tips: 1) Start with 1/4 to 1/2 serving with about 10 oz water, once a day 30 min before the heaviest meal to make sure your body tolerates it, gradually work up to a full packet and full water bottle. 2) shake the water bottle a lot and drink it quickly as with any fiber, it can thicken quickly. (others mentioned being grainy, but if you shake the water bottle a lot and drink it quickly I did not have this issue at all). Hence why I bought the flavored ones so I can use the right amount of water and drink it quickly. If you put it in other drinks you won't want to drink it as fast and could have the clumps and graininess. Not drinking it quickly could take away from the benefits (from the research I have done).

Loves these!! Taste is great and it really improves my gut health. I use 1/2 stick in 40 ounces of water and am drinking double the amount of water than I did before I started using them. Highly recommended!
