Can you wear this while pregnant?

I can't imagine wearing it while pregnant. it would have to be large enough to go around your belly. I can't imagine smooshing your tummy just to brace your back. I think you would have to purchase a back support belt for a pregrant person.

Will it make your stomach flat?
