Are these for regular 10 cup coffee makers?

i have a senso and pod makes up to 4 cups..i do not think there is enough coffee in a pod for 10 cps, i do not know your machine....

What about Hamilton Beach single? I ordered the senso

I have the Hamilton Beach single cup and 12 cup combo. The Senseo pods work just fine, and some of the best coffee you'll ever have.

Is this the same product as the Senseo medium roast pods in the tan and brown packaging that doesn't seem to be available anymore?

I find it to be the same. I got this for my wife who thinks there is a slight difference but not enough for her to not enjoy this. We both don't like when company changes packaging for the sake of updating. Hope this helps. It still is a very good coffee.

Will this work for a adirchef personal coffee maker?

No, it appears that your device is made for K-cup style brewing, these would not be suitable for your machine.

This coffee, by Douwe Egbert, when brewed in my Senseo coffee maker, is rich, full, and the perfect way to start my day. Oh....I start with about 1/3 hot milk, and add the coffee....lots of delightful cream! Perfect!!
