I expected a medicine, instead it is a jello for adults on the go. Good stuff.

Getting older means realizing how vital oral health is as much as any other beauty care. We spend a lot of money on skin care and body care but don’t necessarily thinking about teeth, which is a basic foundation of inner beauty if anything. Yes, cosmetic dentistry has evolved but taking care of the basics is the first step before thinking about anything done artificially. I’ve been seeing these tablets recommended by a lot of dentists and dental hygenists on tiktok (probably a brand deal thing let’s be honest) however, I know this brand to be reputable in Korea so I gave it a try. I easily drop $50 on a face serum so why not something to help with my teeth. It tastes fine - good almost, with a grape flavor reminiscent of those grape vitamin c candy tablets you can grab at H-Mart with an underlying yogurt-y flavor due to the probiotics in it. I take it as the last step of my nightly brush routine and let it dissolve in my mouth before I sleep. I can tell my breath is much fresher in the morning as soon as I wake up and I can actually feel how clean my teeth are! It’s a booster so it won’t replace the other necessary steps (brushing, flossing, mouthwash) but think of it as “slugging” for your teeth — a product you use at the end of your routine to seal all previous steps together nicely. I’ve only started using it so can’t speak for the long term effects but hopeful as I could already tell a nice difference after couple uses. Only caveat would be the price since it’s not really affordable for everyone.

The collagen contained in the supplement (1,000 mg) is on the lower end of effective collagen dosing. I’m considering taking 2 sticks a day or pairing it with another source collagen. Overall, the taste is good and I haven’t noticed any weird smells.

Great taste and super refreshing! Love that it’s sugar-free with xylitol and safe before bed. Keeps my breath fresh and mouth feeling clean!

Actually super disappointed. Ordered this along with the Euthymol toothpaste & a Gurunada Coconut oil pull set. From the minute I opened them they were spotted and stale. They taste horrible. They did nothing for my breath and I’m about to throw away the whole box. What a waste of money. 😩

Husband and I take one before bed after brushing our teeth. Breath stays fresh!

My husband is currently on his second pack of K-Nutra Dentifresh Xylitol Tabs Purple. While he’s been taking them consistently, I can’t say that his bad breath has improved significantly yet. It’s hard to tell how much longer he needs to use them to see real results. I appreciate the idea behind the product, but so far, the effect has been subtle at best. I’ll keep updating after more use.
