I was a little skeptical when our pediatrician recommended this to soothe a lingering cough for our one year old. I am glad to say this stuff did wonders and helped our baby fall asleep and stay asleep. We will definitely keep this stuff stocked for future coughs and colds that come from the daycare germ heaven.

This is the best $10 I have spent recently. My daughter (age 3) had a persistent cough for months. The Dr. said it was allergies, but allergy meds did nothing. She couldn't sleep and and she just coughed all day and night. I gave her this one night and one dose totally cured her cough. No coughing fits all night and none after that either. So, I also gave it to my son (age 6) for his lingering cough from a nasty virus and it worked wonders on him too with just one dose. My friend just tried it on her son and had the same result. I had tried essential oils, humidifiers, teas, etc. and nothing worked and then this really nipped it in the bud. I have never been so pleased with a cold remedy. I can't express how highly I recommend this! As for taste, my daughter thought it was yummy, but my son calls it "disgusting mud fluid". He is a rather dramatic child though. Even if it did taste like mud though, I would still give it to them because it worked so so well.

My toddler always seems to get a cough whenever she has a cold. I mostly gave this before bed to help her sleep well, and it seemed to actually help. I noticed a difference between the nights she had this cough medicine and those when she didn't. However, she started refusing to take it because it's "yuck." I'm going to try the cherry flavor and see if that's more tolerable for her.
