Garden Of Life - Raw Probiotics 5-Day Max Care 34 Probiotic Strains 400 Billion

This stuff basically appears to be just kefir turned into powder.Kefir DEFINITELY takes some more to up keep an maintain if u wanted to take that optimal route which I DO SUGGEST u do that and eat the grains.BUT when ur in a bind this is a LEGENDARY convenient option u will be very pleased and it helps with so many health problems that are caused basically by eating fake food with POSIONS in it meant to de populate us but that's a story in itself 8))))I tottaly recommend this stuff in conclusion inless u wanna do Kefir types ect.Cheers 🤙👍🙋‍♂️

Have tried so many different brands with no effect. This was the only one that cured my stomach acid (not sure how it does that) and fixed my intestines, bloatness etc. I am sure that since this product contains more strains of probiotics, some important ones are missing from other products which I have tried. Thus this product have a complete profile of probiotic strains which are highly effective.
