If you can put on make up and it makes you smell good to that’s a win! The coverage is great going over liquid or powder foundation. If I’m just wearing powder I spray my face first. If I’m wearing liquid I spray then use powder over it. It does take a little longer to dry when using liquid foundation so I always use a fan to speed things along.
