It was very easy to use, Filter setup again easy. End result awesome taste! I was about to throw this Keurig out and buy a new one.

I got this to descale my keurig coffee maker and it really works. No more spurting and 1/2 full cups. It’s a time consuming process but it really works. If you’re an everyday 2+ cups like us you need to descale every 2-3 months. And use the maintenance cups at least once a week. NOTE: I’ve also used vinegar to descale but this process works better for us heavy coffee drinkers.

Nice complete descaling kit. Cleans the reservoir, pod head, and has new water filters.

Disappointing. Being a Keurig product, I assumed it would descale my coffee pot better than non-Keurig products. I used as directed and it failed to work; the descaling light continues to flash. I plan to try a bottle of white vinegar - I don't know if it will work, but it won't work any less effectively and will certainly cost less.It also took a long time to run all the rinse cycles through with the ineffective Keurig product.I feel like I paid more for less.Jan 23 addition: I'm embarrassed to discover that I have not properly been descaling my Keurig coffee maker for close to a year -- my model requires depressing more than on button; I was just running descaler through the pot. Dare I admit it would have been wise to read the instructions first? Having said that, I've been using white vinegar and it seems to work and is a lot less expensive. Possibly Keurig has some reason why vinegar can damage the machine, but they would have to explain why something I can drink would damage their device. So, buy it if you want, or save money with vinegar. I'm giving the manufacturer the benefit of the doubt and raising (with embarassment) my stars from one to three.

That the instruction which are not obvious are on the bottle if you can find the tab and pull the label back it has it all, in very small print,.

This kit is the best value for your Keurig cleaning supplies. I marked only one star for flavor because that doesn't apply to this kit.

This arrived in good time & were as described. I Had to return them unused as the Keurig coffeemaker was the wrong voltage for Australia.
