what the quality difference between this one and original form come with Apache 4800?

This insert is a better foam, more dense and has cut outs for semi autos and their magazines. The original foam is just a basic pick apart foam. For semi autos this insert is a must if you have a 4800.

Does it fit the Pelican Vault V200?

I don't think so. This is made to fit Apache 4800 case which is 18x13x6 (rounded off). And it does fit the 4800 perfectly. Hope this helps.

Does the foam come ready to drop in pistols and mags in or do you need to remove the areas?

You have to pull apart the cut sections but they’re pre-cut and it takes 5 min.
