Nutriwish Premium Basil Seeds, 500g

I've been using basil seeds for my IBS. Have used many brands. I soak 2 tsp about an hour or two in a glass of water, before dinner. They all swell, but these swell much much more. So much, that 2 tsp in a glass of water, become almost a solid blob ! So, instead of 2 tsp, I now soak only 1 tsp, but that is only for this brand. Other brands, I still soak 2 tsp. Excellent !!!

This is very good product I love it

I have used many brands sabja but this one is of best quality till now. The flavour, texture and size when soaked in water is perfect. I have seen some brands where some of the seeds don't soak well. Here all the seeds soak well. Really appreciate for the quality. Keep doing good work.

It's been 1 month, so far it's good

As I know basil seeds are good for health and has many benefits, I previously used basil seeds in early morning in cup of water, there was no side effects, but after the recent purchase of nutriwish basil seeds in Amazon, I got dizziness and headache(even I drank in less quantity only) , they were not upto the best quality, so I stopped using to avoid any side effects, think that it is of quality,as I have no option in return or replacement, the buy was full waste of money
