Have been using this supplement for about a month now and I can tell the difference in my recovery and well being. The supplement has a high content of quality amino acids. I take 2 capsules a day right after my morning workouts. I'm a 45 year old male who's an avid runner and gym goer. I can definitely tell you that while on this supplement my recovery was amazing. Less sore after long run days and hard gym days. Also I felt like my sleep was way better on this supplement. I thing any serious or novice athlete will benefit from this especially if your up there in age like I am. Highly recommend and I will be continuing to purchase this.

At over $2 per serving you are asking too much of an amino acid blend which might not have an effect on you.Pros:- easy to swallow pills- many amino blend- lab tested- USA made- cGMP CertifiedCons:- has it helped with anything? Not that I can tell.I’m giving it 3 stars based on the quality of the product and manufacturing and some studies showing how your body uses these amino acids. However, given the lack of results for myself, hard to give it anything more at this point.
