Doesn't work.

Buyer beware. Certified refurb, but didn't boot when turned on. Got inaccessible boot location error. Should be just like new and not require any tech support if really 'certified'. $1500 gamble, returning it because if this is day one, it isn't worth the hassle. Computers should be plug and play.

Just what I was expecting

This computer came quickly, and was just as advertised. Did the Updates, and it showed not activated. Clicking Troibleshoot immediately fixed the problem (This is a Windows 10 Home edition). The only other issue was the Dell warranty had just expired, but an email to the seller fixed this, and they worked with Dell to extend Dells warranty for a year.

I could not register or get tech support from Dell because it was register to previous owner and you have to change to new owner...BAD on you
