I can’t review too much since I didn’t actually use it overnight. I put them in and immediately thought there’s no way I can keep this in overnight. I’m gonna rip them out. It was a little too uncomfortable. But I also have a very narrow nasal passage. Hence why I need some to help with my breathing.

My nostrils collapse when I breath in and I also have a deviated septum. I normally was told to wear breath right strips all day everyday but I’m allergic to them. I discovered this nostril dilators. I used mute for awhile but they all hurt the inside of my nose due to my septum deviation. I like this brand as they are a lot more flexible! Less pain. Easier to clean. Nothing beats being able to breath. I recommend trying these out.

They are so bulky that they block the nostril that they are enlarging.
