Static cling created- rub your hand on it a few timesI hate using the sprays because they really are not good for the lungs. And I’m also a bit cheap. I find most dusters just fly the dust to the air only to come back later. Even swifter. But these natural lamb wool ones seem to electrify and collect the dust on their own. Which does make sense. I happily dusted everything in my house yesterday. Usually it takes me an hour or two with my special cloth. But with this duster, I could get into every little thing quickly and big things quickly. I could reach things I couldn’t easily before. And the bonus of it being wood and wool is something that I am really happy about. I have not thought about it until I saw these advertised. They are easy to shake out if you spin them between your hands. I got so carried away that after dusting the dining room, kitchen, entry and living room, I went outside and dusted the security gates, window security bars, the light fixtures and even the fake plants in less time than I would have spent wiping down a single room! Mind you, I live in the desert in southern California. It's dry and dusty here. Everything cleaned up extremely well.I thought these were a bit expensive, but for $17, I got two dusters. Now that I've used them, I consider it money well spent. I'm glad I ordered the 19" version of these, the ones without the extension pole. They perfectly reached everything in my rooms with 8' ceilings (I'm 5'4") and I didn't have to contend with a long pole getting in the way.Highly satisfied, highly recommend.
