Fantastic product but an even better distributor. Asus has an interesting product here, as it's the MacBook for people who prioritize gaming and AI. MacBooks have a great battery life and reasonable hardware, but they fall short (as they always have) when it comes to gaming performance and anything where RTX chipsets have an edge. What you get is a ridiculously small and light laptop with incredible performance. What you lose is battery life and comfort, and that's the tradeoff you need to know. I give it 5 stars because I knew this going in. Other reviewers will not know this and simply dive in expecting that a 14" laptop will be quiet, cool, and offer the same UI as a MacBook. That's naive as Asus doesn't own the operating system and anyone with true performance needs will choose Windows as the marketplace for apps, games, and more is just larger. But, the battery life and heat are what happens when you stuff all of this in a small case. What you will likely do when you purchase this laptop is as follows: 1. You will likely remove the Asus software install G-Helper instead. It's a 3rd party softare solution that is leaner than Asus' software. This allows for greater control over temperatures but comes out of the box ready to do it's job. 2. You will want a cooling pad. Not the cheap ones you see but one of the top end ones from llano or Razer that will actually keep it cool. You want that if you plan to really put it to work. I use the Razer Cooling Pad because it's USB controlled from software, and that makes it 100% automatic. And, its quiet than the laptop meaning your office will be quieter as a result. 3. You will want a docking station if it becomes your home machine and not just travel notebook. It's small, has limited ports, and you will want to ease your life connecting and disconnecting. Highly recommend the CalDigit TS4. Now, as for the Distributor, I purchased mine from ProPrime through Amazon. Asus has it's own headaches on occasion as every large manufacturer does. But ProPrime addresses the gaps with near instant responses to questions, access to every accessory and replacement part, extended warranties and more. You'll have options from where you wish to purchase the products, and I can't recommend them enough.

Awesome Laptop! It looks so clean I love it! Perfect for my school work, and gaming! A little pricy but if you use it to its potential then it’s worth the money. Does tend to get really hot when playing certain games so I bought a pad with cooling fans to add some extra cooling help. I play games like Rocket League, Fortnite and Subnautica 2 with ease. Other than the slight overheating, it’s amazing. The OLED screen also makes games look phenomenal!!

Great overall. However it sounds like an airplane most of the time.

Excellent product, special mention to the seller, Coryell Solutions, for the care and excellence in service
