I use it for something else than its original purpose
I always get bit by mosquitos. I cut these into small squares and put it on where I got bit and it helps SOOOOO much. I've tried everything else but nothing seems to work as well as this.

#1 Tip for the people who say they don't stick. Once you open the pouch you must put the pads in a zip log bag otherwise it loses its healing power.#2 I traveled to Japan for many years to work as a salsa dancer and I just like another buyer described they were all over town in every shop. The product always caught my attention and decided to try them and OMG what a difference in my achy feet!#3. I decided I couldn't live without the product and when I stopped traveling to Japan I would have the Japanese promoter bring them to LA for our yearly Salsa Festival, (By the way our salsa festival is every Memorial weekend. Check us out on FB and IG @ WorldSalsaFest) anyways, I would have him smuggle in boxes which would last me a year.I use them on my feet or wherever else I'm hurting. Whenever someone is in any kind of pain or discomfort I give out the pads and even healed my cousin's extreme tailbone pain. It's instant relief, instant gratification, instant healing.#4 The pandemic hit and thank God these are available and I found them on Amazon, yes they're more $ but who the hell cares.#5 They are better than any American product healing pads and don't hurt when you remove them as some other products do.Just get them you won't regret it.

Soothing & Relaxing
Not quite a pain relief medication, but soothing and relaxing. Kind of like a face mask for your muscles. Love the scent.

Relieved, Put on socks
I used it for my legs and feet during the night when I sleep. Put on socks so it doesn't come off easily. This patches helps relieve my pains.

Works for heavy exercise
Bought it many times, but probably last time of purchase. It works, cools down sore muscle immediately. The biggest issue is it can not stick well.

Patches with a minty feeling
My cousin introduced me to these when I went to japan. Omg they are a life savor! My calves where In such pain with all the walking we did! Years later, I’m still using them. Not only do I just themOn my legs, but I use it on my arms, lower back or wherever I’m sore! Yes, they don’t stick well, I sleep with these and I wake up with them off of my but, it works cause I’m not sore when I wake up!
