Very good

Very good quality knife very very satisfied

Works superbly well. I use it before I start cooking, which makes my knives are always sharp.

Works really good with stainless knives, not taking out too much material just the right amount to get you blade ready. Perfect for everyday use even semi pro butcher :D

nikel , tranchant rasoir.

This has a very fine grained ceramic , very hard which cuts my kitchen knives with consumate ease, leaving them razor sharp. I actually bought this to hone my serated bread knife as it has a round section . It is great for all.

I'm very pleased with this honing rod. It has a nice, solid feel to it, and the handle is comfortable to grasp and hold. The rubber end tip is effective to keep the rod firmly planted in place when it's used vertically, and can be removed should you want to use it in a more freehand fashion. The 20 degree angles on the handle are helpful. One quibble is that I would have liked to see a 15 degree guide in addition to the 20 degree ones, but it's not a significant issue. This works great to hone an already sharpened blade to an excellent edge. I use it before each knife use and it has significantly extended the time before the blade needs a full sharpening. It's quick, easy and effective -- the three criteria I look for the most when it comes to keeping a blade at peak sharpness. Very good value for the price.

This is way better than the old age steel and I would trust nothing else with my 1000$ jap knife
