The Imperia does come with a cutter attachment for cutting pasta sheets into wide strips (like lasagna) or thinner strips (fettuccine, spaghetti).You can make ravioli without the ravioli attachment (which is what I did) by just rolling out a pasta sheet, cutting it into squares (or use a biscuit cutter to make circles), sandwich the filling between two pasta pieces, crimp the edges with a fork. Lots of recipes describe this method. Or you can buy a mold that helps form a dozen or so ravioli at a time. **Q: What pasta can you make without buying additional attachments** A: With what's in the box, you can make sheets for lasagna, or use the attachment for fettuccini, spaghetti, or, again, use sheets to make ravioli. You could even roll the sheets into a tube to make manicotti.
