Just what I needed!
This little timer is great! I wanted one where I didn't have to flip it or hold it/pick it up to reset the time. I use it to make sure I meet production for my job. It is easy to set up and I love the large display, mute function, and light up button so I don't have to disturb my officemates. It counts up too! The best part is when I leave for the weekend, I can set it to clock mode!

Works as advertised but could be better
There is a small black line mark on the reset button (can’t wipe off, I will try with isopropyl alcohol and microfibre cloth later) of the Japanese study timer model or serial number T-593. This is possibly due to “accident” during manufacturing. Otherwise, it’s an affordable, well sized and beautifully designed product that meet my needs. Goodwill feedback, please improve future version so the timer can remember the user preferred timer duration and assign to e.g. M1, M2 and M3 physical buttons (calculator tech) to reduce the steps needed to repeatedly press the e.g. 10 minute button 6 times to reach the 1 hour timer mark.
