I did not find this cable to be low quality or cheap. And I don't know if it was the best price for something like this. But it worked wonderfully for my needs. I used it for a job, where I needed a huge length of cable, and it carried the signal very strong and fast. The ends of the cable are sturdy. I did not buy this cable to be permanently installed. I'm sure it would be fine for something like that, or even underground I guess. But I bought this to be used and reused when I need long cable for video streaming.
