Great rye flour option for bread bakers. I love to make sourdough (got started about a year ago) and use 1/3 to 1/2 rye flour for my loaves. Fresh for something you can get at the store and relatively cost effective. King Arthur is always a reliable mid-upper tier brand and I appreciate that it's widely available. Great texture, taste, and good size bag. I use it to feed my starter as well as bake, and love the nutty taste of the flavor I get from it.
