No need to fluff.
Fluffy right out of the bag, vacuum packed. No need to fluff in dryer. I think it's actually my pillows that are not sewn well. The insert itself was perfectly round.

Awesome pillow form
My goodness, this pillow form is awesome. So big, so soft, so round! I've used many pillow forms in the past, but none have compared to this awesome pillow form. I recommend this product.

Horrid quality pillow form
The absolute worst lumpy, bumpy, uneven pillow form I've ever seen. Spent 20 minutes kneeding, pushing, pulling the fill and it still is uneven and out of round. Don't waste your money, this is being returned. :(

Well worth the money
I was hesitant about buying this when I saw the reviews about the measurements being off and how flat it was, but I am really pleased with this purchase. It measures exactly 20” and it’s really fluffy!
