We ordered this for calling bingo at our senior center. For our purposes it works fine, especially since the acoustics in the building cause sound to be carried good anyway. This would not be adequate for large conferences or meeting halls. The speaker is smaller than I thought and the sound is not as dynamic as I would have hoped it would be. If you get the microphone near the speaker it will have a piercing "feed-back!" If the microphone is not kept stationary, it will pick up static sound from rubbing against clothing. When using the speaker it is best to place the speaker on a wall or table where it can be stationary or there will be "popping" and "cracking." The speaker comes with a "sling" for placing it on ones shoulders but I do not recommend carrying it. It's good for calling bingo at a senior building. I'm sure it would be adequate for small office meetings or class room settings. Anything larger would require a larger sound system.

I liked EVERYTHING about this Shidu Voice Amplifier, UNTIL I went to use it for the 3rd time and it stopped turning on altogether, even after charging it overnight. I tried reaching out to Shidu and apealed to their 24 month warranty through their support chat and no answer. I saw others who had the same experience and who rated it a 1 as well. It is too bad, I could have really used this amplifier and now not only do I not have one but also don't have the $70 I spent.

this voice amp that I now have had for almost a week works extremely well. had major surgery on my vocal cords and need something to boost my voice volume. Mike pick up nicely and the amp is not tinny sounding. Ido which I could find a way to clip the mike a little closer to my mouth.

It doesn’t work .. i was rewally looking forward to this device.. very disappointed. I wish they can exchange what i got with a working one .. but its just say return .. so i applied for a return.

Es ligero y el micrófono es de buen tamaño, la rejilla es metálica entonces se siente protegida la bocina. Tiene rango de muchos metros para que detecte el micrófono y trae su correa para poder colgartela. Se siente firme y suena fuerte. Se escucha lejos
