You can buy sucralose at the grocery store, but since it is so much sweeter than sugar it is bulked up with other sweeteners to give what is known as volume equivalence (i.e., a cup of grocery store sucralose is equal in sweetening power to a cup of regular sugar). That way, recipes that call for a specific amount of sugar can be changed to use sucralose at a one to one ratio. That's all well and good, but buying sucralose this way is very expensive when you do the math. Also, the bulking agents give the store bought sucralose a kind of weird taste to me. So what's a low sugar nerd with a sweet tooth like myself to do? No worries, as BULKSUPPLEMENTS is here to save the day! These guys offer PURE SUCRALOSE, with no bulking agents and at a very affordable price, and with the same level of purity that I have enjoyed with their other products over the years. I take numerous supplements for a variety of health issues and goals, and BulkSupplements has always been there for me with a high quality superior product that has more value than anything else on the market. It might not sound like a lot, but 100 grams of pure sucralose is a lot - like, it's equivalent to 3,333 teaspoons of sugar! A quarter teaspoon of pure sucralose is equal to about a CUP of sugar! So, although you do not get a ton of product with this, a little big goes a lonnnnnnnnng way! This stuff is super inexpensive with no weird aftertaste, odors, or anything odd about it. I use it in my coffee and to make super sweet proper southern iced tea and I love it! THANK YOU BULKSUPPLEMENTS! Review: Solved my sweetener problem! :) - Not a huge fan of artificial sweeteners, but I can't stand the aftertaste of Stevia. Erythritol isn't near sweet enough and leaves that odd cooling sensation in my mouth. So, I created my own blend - I mixed 1 cup of Stevia, 1/2 cup of erythritol and 1 heaping teaspoon of sucralose in my "sugar dish" and *viola* I have the perfect sweetener for me. I add only 1 level teaspoon of this concoction to my 16 oz of coffee and it tastes like real sugared coffee. No aftertaste. Now I feel better using sucralose in such small amounts, and this combination means it will last me a while. Experiment on your own. Very satisfied. (It is my understanding from my research that none of these 3 sweeteners significantly impact blood glucose or insulin - but check it our for yourself.) UPDATE: I made a second purchase to share with friends and keep at work. This bag game dirty (sticky brown marks on the top of the package) and the seal was broken in the center allowing the sucralose to fall out.. I returned the package with no problem, but was greatly disappointed that a package with such flaws was allowed to be shipped. With today's crazy news stories, I couldn't guarantee the sanitary safety of this package so I sent it back. Reduced one star from my original review.

Tastes like sugar!!!
100ml 80 Proof Vodka + 20 grams powder = 1 drop = 1 teaspoon of real sugar. This stuff is the best like this! I tried many other store brands and HEB was close but this is BETTER! Save your old store brand containers and you can pry the lids off, refill them with this and Bobs your Uncle! It seems to be shelf stable like this. Do you miss Sweet Tea? GET THIS STUFF! I can pick out all the fake sugars by taste but with this one the taste diff is negligible. Perfect for coffee, sweet tea or other things you would use sugar for but not cooking. Sucrolose and cooking heat don't work well together. Note: Sucrolose is NOT soluble in alcohol, only water. The alcohol in the vodka makes this shelf stable. *** Big shout-out to Joe-n-Bloe for the heavy lifting on the mixture ratio. His review goes into more detail, I just wanted this ratio handy for next time. โค๏ธ This stuff!!!

As ordered!
As ordered. Great stuff. Eliminates another minor source of carbs from your diet if you are otherwise using Splenda powder. The best way to use this IMO is definitely to make your own liquid. So let's talk about that. Here's some arithmetic. 1 tsp sugar (sucrose) is approximately 5g. (20 kcal carb), sometimes cited as 4.2g but whatever. Sucralose is ~500x as sweet as sugar, but this varies by ~2x depending on the acidity of food it's used in 5g / 500 = 0.01g = 10mg One *regular size* drop is 0.05ml = 20/ml. This means, a drop from a regular medicine dropper, or a twist top bottle, not a syringe with a tiny cannula, etc. This is approximate but that's OK. I measured drops from a twist top bottle (like the one sriracha "rooster sauce" comes in) at about 17 per ml. No biggie. Let's say you want one drop to be approximately one teaspoon of sweetness. Easy to remember. That will be 0.01g of sucralose in water to make 0.05ml (one drop). Or, 0.2g sucralose to make 1ml. That scales up to, say, 20g sucralose to make 100ml, which is ... 100 * 20 = 20,000 drops = 20,000 tsp sugar. OK, let's make it. For 100 ml: 1. Get some kind of dropper bottle or twist top bottle that holds 100+ ml (~4 oz). 2. Get 80-100 proof *vodka* (to make sure the solution is preserved). However, water may be just fine if your solution is acidic, in which case you could use a water-acid solution around pH 4 from citric, malic, lactic, tartaric, phosphoric, or whatever your favorite mostly neutral taste acid is. I really don't know the food chemistry of sodas sweetened with sucralose and Ace-K but the low pH (phosphoric acid) prevents any pathogens from growing, and the shelf life at room temperature is quite long (>1 yr) compared to the good old days of aspartame (~3 months). Is sucralose stable in plain old water + acid for months? Seems very likely. 3. Mix 20g sucralose with vodka to make 100ml, for the 1 drop = 1 tsp mixture. * * Or, mix with more vodka to make a weaker solution if you're not good with drops (this is perfectly reasonable). 4. Shake till dissolved. The 20g/100ml mixture will dissolve just fine after a few minutes of agitation. Store in refrigerator, although it's probably shelf-stable for a long time anyway. Now you're all set! If you want a granular product that is "stronger" than regular sugar, mix with erythritol. I'll leave that arithmetic to you. Might want to grind/powder them together to equalize the size of granules. Then find yourself some tiny lab scoops (they're cheap). A container of "10x stronger" would be pretty functional I think if you grind your powder reasonably fine. You could even put it in a shaker. ๐ค

Very Concentrated
For years I was using Splenda, thinking I was cutting out sugar. I was wrong! Splenda is a mixture of Sucralose and Dextrose...aka Sugar! This Sucralose Powder is pure...not mixed with anything...and boy is it concentrated. I use so little to sweetener coffee, tea, etc. You can easily over use it because it takes so little. This bag will last me a couple of years!
