Delivered as promised in 3 days, packed well but when the cast grates were unpacked two were broken. That happens. I emailed the customer service and received a positive answer in just a few hours. All three grates were delivered in 3 days with an apology note. I have used it a couple of times and it is very much worth the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not Quite *by W***T on December 15, 2018* This is a very good grill that lives up to it's ratings in most categories. My purpose for writing the review is to inform consumers that the BTU output of the burners is lower than normal - so it takes longer to cook everything. I find this very frustrating and if I knew this before purchasing I would have chosen a different grill. ### ⭐ Poor striker to burner design *by K***R on May 28, 2020* I’ve had this grill for over a year now. This grill arrived and I eagerly put it together. Immediately, the strikers had trouble lighting the gas. A few hours trying to realign what I thought to be strikers that were out of alignment ended up just being a design flaw between the burners and the strikers. Do not buy this grill unless you are OK with manually lighting the burners with a hand held butane lighter. Once they do get lit, watch them carefully as the slightest wind causes some burners to blow out. This is the worst grill I ever bought and one of the top five purchases I have made that I regret in my life.
