Let's Go to Mass (Rattle Book)

Our 8 month old daughter loves this book! We bring it to Mass with us, and it keeps her occupied while we are in the pew. The rattle is quiet so as not to distract parishoners around us, and the pictures are colorful and pretty. She enjoys this book and we are glad that she has received early exposure to Catholicism both by going to Mass and by reading these awesome books! We try to stay in the pew during Mass if our daughter is quiet, rather than going straight to the child room, so she gets used to sitting with the rest of the congregation, and these books have really helped!

Purchased this book as well as the matching angel book for both my grand daughters. They are perfect! I felt the rattle wasn't too loud at all for mass. This book will help keep the kids occupied when they get a little antsy at mass. Great little books, easy for little hands to hold, great illustrations. Would recommend!

This is a great book with very simple explanations about going to Mass. Both of our children (18 months & 3.5 years) enjoy it very much. It is a durable book; they haven't destroyed it like some of their other board books! It also helps to keep our 18 month old quiet during Mass.

DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE RATTLE NOISE - I almost didn't buy this for my grand-daughter because lots of reviewers said how noisy the rattle was during Mass. Well, I read & re-read the description & it is very heavy pressed board with foam in between. So, I decided to buy it & remove the rattle. IT IS SO EASY TO DO. Just take a very thin non-serrated dinner knife - - one like you would use to spread peanut butter NOT cut a steak. Carefully slide the blade along the edge between the cover and the foam. VOILA it comes away very easily with absolutely no mess or damage to the book. Remove the rattle and she has a book for Mass and a rattle for outside Mass. Just pressed down hard on the book and the cover & foam were back together w/o even putting on super glue.

The handle on this book is just right for little hands. The rattle is not very loud, but is colorful and should keep our granddaughters attention without disturbing others around.It appears to be a well-made, sturdy book.

I have my child (18 month old) use this book along with other baby Missal & prayer types of books. We normally sit in the crying room but don't think it's extra noisy with the small rattle on the side. He sometimes shakes it and to me the noise is minimal. Cute book for us to point to and him relate to what is happening live.

I purchased this for someone to give my baby as a gift for her baptism. It's very sweet and I look forward to taking it to church when she's old enough.

Great fun book for little ones. Abit noisy for taking to mass but still better than taking any other noisy toy to church! Would like to get others in the series.

Pages very flimsy card poor quality My baby decided to chew the corner and a wedge came away in her mouth in a very short amount of time. She does love the rattle part but needs supervision for little ones.
