Q: Wear a 10 1/2 nike narrow foot.. should i go with 10 or 11?

You should buy size eleven if you are a 10 1/2. My husband is a 10 and the Ugg size 10 fits him perfect.

Typically if you size down a size and a half in the men’s size it will work. So in your case an 8 should fit. Good luck!

Best bet would be to order a size larger.

You need to order 1 size ahead your regular size. In my case I am 10 and I order 11. Fits perfect
