I love it, but I wish that the sides were water proof. I bought it to protect my bed from my cats and sweat. One of my cats threw up on my bed and it didn’t soak through the protector, which I was very happy about. I also spilled some water once and it contained it without soaking through. I bought a queen to use on my double bed to give the sides of my bed some protection. It doesn’t fit as tightly but it’s worth it for the extra waterproof fabric on the sides.

Got this for a homebirth and it's worked like a charm to keep the mattress clean ever since then! Not crunchy sounds and softer after each wash.

Appreciate that this is GOTS certified organic cotton and GOTS approved waterproofing. Was unable to find other options mentioning approval for the waterproofing part. Also, the material is soft, silent and absent of chemical odors. Bought an organic bed foundation from Happsy as well. It supports my mattress from another nontoxic brand beautifully and the price was better than their competitors. Looking forward to receiving my recently purchased Happsy mattress too.

This definitely did the job and protected the mattress the first time my son peed through his diaper. BUT it left a stain after washing which typically hasn’t happenes with other pads. It may be a result of it being organic, which I can love with since no one sees it anyways and it’s bettwe for my son!

We own two and both are just awful. • Neither King nor Twin “protectors” cover all the way to the sides • Neither offer anything in the way of protection against fluids; everything soaks through almost instantly (see the other reviewer’s test pictures—they show the wet spot soaking right through) • Child vomited and the sheets and protector came off within two minutes; the vomit soaked through the center of the “protector” and onto a brand new mattress! • Drool, wet hair, urine, sippy cups—you guessed it... leaked through onto the other brand new mattress! • Save yourself $100 and go to your local bedding aisle and buy a cheap protector as this and other “organic”/“natural” ones we’ve tried are simply not effective • And... consider the cost of replacing your mattress if you decide to spend the ridiculous money on this product • Finally, the packaging was terrible (a cheap plastic bag with a small piece of packing tape to close the flap) and all three came this way; there were three because the first King one came dirty and the second was damaged because of the insufficient packaging, so Amazon discounted it and I was tired of trying Conclusion: An ineffective product, two damaged mattresses, and a suggestion that you keep searching. It is hard to find high quality covers like this. I looked at A LOT before deciding on this one and could not be happier. Easy to wash, high quality, and a good protector. The fabric is a little different but soft and feels good under the sheets. Not sweat-inducing. Will seek this again when I need to replace - if that ever happens...

The trash says %100 cotton.. I'm buying another
