D'Addario Accessories Joe Satriani Guitar Picks, Black, 10 Pack, Medium

I've only been playing guitar for 6 months... so take what you will from my review. I was using some old picks that were passed down. I cannot believe the difference it made stepping up to these. Playing so much easier (smoother). Seriously I couldnt believe something this small made that big a difference. Night and day. All new picks like this might be the same though... i dont know. As I said this was my first set. But I recommend them. And the bonus is that they have some cool art work on them. Enjoy that too.

Joe is my favorite guitarist, so naturally I love these picks. They are regular picks, but that is exactly what I prefer. They wear down at the rate that you would expect from similar picks, however, I like the cool design so to me it is worth a little extra $.

I must for all guitar player

Heavy, plastic picks. nothing special. these come in a plastic bag. the drawings are clever, and are a good conversation starter.

Was sent the wrong colour and the wrong gauge too. The gauge advertised is misleading. It says heavy gauge, but the gauge is actually medium. I know this for sure as I have the heavy gauge ones and compared it and also just to be sure I got a friend to confirm too. Very disappointed.

Slippery

I collect Satch items, and these are nice picks to add to my collection. I'm not really much of a guitar player, so I can't say how good they are to use. Joe's artwork could pass as being drawn by a small child, but I still like it! I'm going to give a couple of these picks to a friend who plays guitar well to see how well he thinks they perform, I'll update my review when I find this out. I'll be ordering a Joe Sat artwork guitar strap for my Ibanez guitar soon also.
