Very easily installed myself bought 2 24000 and one 12000 these are very good heat pumps

Great unit made it thru the hottest summer we have recorded in the last 100+yrs kept the house ice cold thru it all and power bill was way cheaper than expected ,recently tried the heater function and was surprised how warm it got In the house in less than 10 mins . I do wish the controller had fahrenheit instead of Celsius and was a bit easier to program but it's extremely quiet I forget it's in sometimes

Installed this mini split in my insulated garage in Colorado. Product is mainly to be used to keep my dogs warm and my garage usable in the coldest/hottest months out of the year. Very much a DIY project if you're somewhat handy and know your way around electricity, takes a day/long afternoon, only time I needed to call someone was to vacuum the lines and check them for any leaks. In the instruction manual, it says the mini split will not operate below temps of 9 degrees Fahrenheit; not the case. I fired it up this morning at 2 degrees, windchill of -8, and it ran like a champ. No problems at all, and still kicking out decent enough heat to make the garage bearable. Bought mine on sale during prime days, and for the discounted price, I'd say more than worth the investment. The app doesn't work very well at all, and I don't use it, hence 4/5 stars, but certainly not the end of the world. Time will if that statement remains true, but I'm kicking myself for not doing this project earlier, what a difference it makes!

The install and set up was a breeze due to the detailed instructions and it has a video walk through instructions as well. I love the unit and it performed perfectly until the schraeder valve, used for pulling a vacuum, failed leaking the R32 refrigerant Freon out slowly causing the unit to quit heating or cooling due to low refrigerant. I’m in contact with cost way now trying to resolve the issue. I do not blame the manufacturer because it is a small valve that is common failure point on all units not just theirs.
