## Description

Power galore Two keys to unlocking great sound in a car stereo system are serious power and extensive control - and this amp's got them both. For power, AudioControl's LC-1.800 mono subwoofer amp puts out up to 800 watts RMS, so it'll make your subwoofers happy. The adjustable low-pass and fixed subsonic filters make sure your sub gets only the frequencies it was designed to play, while AudioControl's AccuBASS circuit ensures that your bass sounds great. Active controls Most factory radios turn down the lower frequencies as you turn the volume up in order to minimize stress on inexpensive factory speakers. AccuBASS eliminates this bass rolloff, so you get maximum bass performance when you add aftermarket amps to a factory radio. Onboard LEDs indicate optimized signal flow for inputs and outputs, plus give you a warning when a source is too loud and causing distortion. An optional wired remote lets you control bass volume from the front seat. Works in almost any system AudioControl designed the LC-1.800 to work equally well with aftermarket and factory stereos. Speaker-level inputs allow you to connect to almost any factory radio. Signal sensing circuitry turns the amp on via the speaker-level inputs, so you won't need to run a remote turn-on wire throughout your vehicle.

It now stays in protection mode and will not play. This amp was installed by a licensed professional. Long story short, the amp has a short in it... I was under the impression this was a new amp.... I was wrong. Now I have to by another one...smh
Review: LOVE this amp!!! - I love this amp! I came from a Zapco 850MX-II and this thing is so much more powerful and sounds better at 2 ohms... Yes "sounds better" can be suggestive, but this AudioControl just has a sound and punch the Zapco seemed to lack now that i've compared the two!... The Zapco is a great amplifier, dont get me wrong!!! BUT this AudioControl just has a different sound, and control that is more pleasing to my ears! You can find amp Dynos on YouTube by meade916, he bench tested it, and it pumped out 1100 watts at 2ohms... no problem at all dishing out the power!

I've had this amp for about 18 months. It worked well for 18 months.... Well one day it decided to stop working. It goes into protection mode. It now stays in protection mode and will not play. This amp was installed by a licensed professional. Long story short, the amp has a short in it... I was under the impression this was a new amp.... I was wrong. Now I have to by another one...smh

I love this amp! I came from a Zapco 850MX-II and this thing is so much more powerful and sounds better at 2 ohms... Yes "sounds better" can be suggestive, but this AudioControl just has a sound and punch the Zapco seemed to lack now that i've compared the two!... The Zapco is a great amplifier, dont get me wrong!!! BUT this AudioControl just has a different sound, and control that is more pleasing to my ears! You can find amp Dynos on YouTube by meade916, he bench tested it, and it pumped out 1100 watts at 2ohms... no problem at all dishing out the power!

I don't always write reviews,but I'm gonna on this an say that the ease an usefulness of this amp makes putting a sub in your newer car effortless!!the set up with there amp letting you connect your speaker wire as a remote turn on an signal instead of having to run a separate loc is just amazing!!the accubass is amazing and easy to set up w no bass lost at any volume now!! setting the rest up of the adjustments was easy peasy!I highly recommend this amp as of know it's been in the truck about 2 weeks with zero issues!!to anyone thinking about it...just do it!I am only 2 weeks in but if anything happens I will definitely update the review! thanks!!
